Cirugía de reducción interna y fijación interna : 1. Incisión en el tobillo lateral con colocación de la placa de peroné de 6 orificios; 2. Una incisión en el tobillo central para colocar dos tornillos de fijación tibial; y 3. Muestra la apariencia postoperatoria del tobillo con grapas quirúrgicas cutáneas y otros materiales ortopédicos.
