Condition following the initial femoral-popliteal bypass showing the blockage of the bypass graft resulting in continued ischemia of the lower leg and foot.rnrn3. Condition following the above the knee to below the knee popliteal to popliteal bypass showing the continued ischemia of the lower leg including posterior heel ulcer and gangrene of the foot.rnrn4. Condition following the initial below knee amputation with the lower leg and foot removed, but also showing the chronic flexion contractures of the knee.rnrn5. Eventual condition with the extension of the amputation up to the knee.
