The upper left image shows a superior view of C4-5 demonstrating bilateral narrowing of the exiting neural foramina showing osteophytes and a disc bulge. The upper right image is a sagittal view of C3-7 showing the presence of a C4-5 disc bulge, C5-6 disc herniation and osteophytes narrowing the spinal canal and lying adjacent to the anterior aspect of the spinal cord. The lower left image shows a superior view of C6-7 demonstrating the normal appearance of exiting neural foramina. The lower right image shows a superior view of C5-6 demonstrating the presence of osteophytes and a disc bulge narrowing the spinal canal and lying adjacent to the annterior aspect of the spinal cord
