This exhibit will begins with one sagittal (side cut-away) view of the cervical spine illustrating the disc protrusions and osteophytes at the C5-6 and C6-7 levels. The initial illustration is based on the actual film. The double level discectomy and fusion surgery is illustrated in five steps detailing the incision, removal of disc material, harvest of bone material, the insertion of the allografts and hardware. The final image depicts the post-operative condition.
