Mouse over an item thumbnail and click the “+” (plus sign) icon to select the item. Once at least one item has been selected the "Add Selected To" and "Download" buttons in the action toolbar will be activated.
Click the "Select All" button in the action toolbar to select all items from a results page(s).
Click the "Select None" button in the action toolbar to unselect any selected item(s) from a results page(s).
After selecting one or more items in the results, click the "Add Selected To" button and then choose an option from the Collections menu to add the selected items to the chosen collection.
After selecting one or more items in the results, click the "Download" button in the action toolbar to display the "Items to Download" page containing the items selected for download, then select the applicable size/format for each item and click the "Download Now" button to download a zip file of the item(s).
Click on the green "Share" (arrow) button to the right of the search title, then select one of the following options:
Copy Link – copies the current search result URL to your clipboard. You can paste the link into an outbound email or chat box to share with others.
Email – opens a blank email in your preferred email client with a link to the current search result, allowing you to share it.
Social Media Platforms – displays the selected platform’s sharing mechanism with a link to the current search result, allowing you to share it.
Navigating Across Multiple Pages of Results
Click the left or right arrow to navigate across the pages of results one by one, or click the double arrows to jump to the first or last page of the results.
View Item
Click on "View Item" on any item thumbnail to view the item.
Using a Collection
Click the "Select All" button in the action toolbar to select all items from the current page of collection items.
Click the "Select None" button in the action toolbar to unselect any selected item(s) from the current page of collection items.
After selecting one or more items in the collection, click the "Remove" button in the action toolbar to remove the selected item(s) from that collection.
After selecting one or more items in the collection, click the "Move To" button in the action toolbar and then choose an option from the Collections menu that appears to remove the selected items from the current collection and add them to the chosen collection.
After selecting one or more items in the collection, click the "Copy To" button in the action toolbar and then choose an option from the Collections menu that appears to add the selected items to the chosen collection, without removing them from the current collection.
After selecting one or more items in the collection, click the "Download" button in the action toolbar to display the "Items to Download" page containing the items selected for download, then select the applicable size/format for each item and click the "Download Now" button to download a zip file of the item(s).
To change the name of a collection, click on the current collection name or the green "Edit" button next to the collection title. In the "Collection Settings" dialog, edit the name of the collection and then click the "Save Settings" button.
To delete a collection, click on the current collection name or the green "Edit" next to the collection title. In the "Collection Settings" dialog, click the "Delete This Collection" button. You can also delete the collection by clicking the green "Delete" (trash can) button to the right of the collection title.
Click on the green "Share" (arrow) button to the right of the collection title, then select one of the following options:

Changing Collections
Click on the blue "Collection" button, then select the desired collection from the menu that appears. If only one collection exists, no menu will appear and clicking on the "Collection" button will immediately take you to that collection.
Filtering
Content Type Menu
Click the content “Types” link to display the content type menu. Click the checkbox next to any available content type you wish to view within the collection, then click the black “View Results” button to update the collection. By default, all available content types are selected, with the option to deselect any or all types.
Language Menu
Click the content “Languages” link to display the language menu. Click the checkbox next to any available language you wish to view within the collection, then click the black “View Results” button to update the collection. By default, all available languages are selected, with the option to deselect any or all languages.
