Title: Incorrect Placement of Lumbar pedicle Screw This exhibit shows two images of the fifth lumbar vertebra from an axial view, where in the first image depicts a screw passed through the pedicle bilaterally and the second images depicts screw placement through the pedicle with the difference that one of the screws is placed incorrectly, it has been placed too far in a medial angle entering the spinal canal and causing injury to the structures within the canal.
