This exhibit depicts worsening of a knee condition after prior surgery performed to remove the synovium. The subsequent condition involves: hypertrophic medial plica, chondromalacia of the lateral facet of the patella, hypertrophic synovium impinged within the medial compartment, fibrillation, hyperemia and tear of the medial meniscus. The arthroscopic repair includes: resection of the medial plica, debridement of the patellar cartilage and medial meniscus.
