ORIF of Right Facial Fractures with Closure of Complex Lacerations

This exhibit consist of 7 images depicting the surgical repair of the inferior orbital floor fracture, infraorbital rim fracture and lacerations to the inferior eyelid. The bone fragments in the orbital rim are fixated back into anatomical position with plate with screws and an orbital reconstructive absorbable plate is placed over the orbital floor after elevating the bone fragments above this. The eyelid lacerations are repaired in layers meticulously with sutures.
