This case depicts a female pelvis with disruption of the pelvic ring due to multiple fractures: bilateral sacral fractures, left iliac fracture, left acetabular fracture bilateral fracture of the inferior pubic rami and bilateral fracture of the superior pubic rami. There is also widening of the left sacroiliac joint. A posterior surgical approach is done first to fixate the posterior column of the iliac bone with a plate and screws. Through the anterior approach surgery the anterior column of the iliac bone is stabilized with a plate and multiple screws.
