The shoulder presents the following injuries: Fraying of the rotator cuff, subacromial impingement syndrome, fraying of the coracoacromial ligament, fraying of the labrum, tear of the labrum and grade one chondromalacia of the glenoid. The arthroscopic surgical steps shows debridement of the labral tear, bursectomy, release of the coracoacromial ligament and acromioplasty procedure.
