ID: exh72997

The anterior aspect of the heart is normal with thick healthy cardiac muscle. The posterior aspect of the heart illustrates the findings described in the autopsy report. This will includes the 2 inch area of subendocardial fibrosis of the posterior left ventricle and septum and the pale discoloration of the myocardium due to an old myocardial infarction.
