The forth step shown is of a cylindrical cage filled with bone graft being inserted into the prepared space. The last step depicts an anterior plate being inserted and attached with a pair of screws at C3 and C7.rnrnThe post-operative condition image is a lateral color film interpretation with all the anterior hardware in place and an inset of the actual film.
